We offer flexible membership packages designed to help you reach your health and fitness goals. All of our programming is based on the idea of progression, guiding you from point A to point B-and beyond!
You’ll start out with an individualized assessment by one of our expert coaches. It’s a chance to talk about your fitness, about your goals, and about your nutrition, too. After that, you’ll be paired with a coach who will regularly check in with you, answer any questions that pop up, and keep you accountable towards your goals.
Group Training – Scheduled open enrollment CrossFit WOD (Workout Of the Day) classes
One Class per week – $71/mo.
Two Classes per week – $132/mo.
Unlimited – $167/mo.
Drop in – $20/day
