New to CrossFit? No problem.

Community Day

Every first Saturday of the month at 10am we host a free “community” workout. Everyone is welcome–all fitness abilities and skill levels. It’s a great way to try out CrossFit in a fun, relaxed environment, and meet our extremely welcoming community! Our next one is October 3rd!

If you’re unable to make Community Day or just want to try us out sooner, and we’ll schedule a free drop-in to one of our regular classes.

Beginner Program

Everyone starts with our 6-session Beginner Program. Our beginner program runs for 2 weeks, starting the first week of each month. Due to interest this month, we have added a mid-month September session starting September 15th. The cost is $175 + tax. Sessions are 3x a week Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. For the mid-September session, classes will start at 7:30p. After the beginner program, you get 2 weeks of unlimited CrossFit classes. Email us to reserve your spot!

If the schedule doesn’t work for you, contact us and we can schedule a series of one-on-one personal training sessions to get you up to speed!

What to expect:
On the first night, we’ll start right at 7:30p with a brief tour of the gym, introductions, and addressing any injuries or mobility limitations. You will be led through a warm-up, coached on technique in a few of our foundational movements, and then learn to put those new skills into practice for a short, timed workout. The class sizes are kept small, so you get the dedicated coaching and attention to detail needed to keep you safe.

What to bring to your first class:
Make sure you have a light snack before you arrive to keep you fueled, and a water bottle to stay hydrated. Comfortable shoes and attire are recommended. We also have two forms you’ll need to fill out before getting started. Please give yourself a few extra minutes before class to fill these out.

Make-up sessions:
We understand you may have to miss one or two of the required classes during the series. We offer make-up Personal Training sessions that can be scheduled with one of your coaches. If you miss three classes, we can get you up to speed in just two make-up sessions.
