Working out doesn’t have to be a solitary affair, and it doesn’t have to feel like drudgery.
In Jet City CrossFit’s group training classes, you’ll get individualized attention at a fraction of the cost of personal training.

Jet City’s members come from all walks of life, and everyone is welcome. Our classes offer built-in encouragement and accountability.

Our trained coaches provide ongoing instruction to help you reach your fitness goals, before, during or after class. Because our number one goal is to help you become your healthiest self.

New to CrossFit?
We’ll teach you everything you need to know, including how to use the equipment and how to pace yourself. We pay close attention to proper form, so we’ll give you pointers on how to get the most out of your workout.
Sure, exercise can be challenging. But with our years of experience, we know how to make every workout accessible for every level of athletic ability.
