STEP 1: Book a free "No Sweat Intro" 

30-minute consultation. Sit down with one of our team members privately so we can learn about you and what you are looking for. We’d also love to answer any questions you may have. No pressure, just an introduction to us and our gym.

STEP 2: Sign Up for Fundamentals

Our Fundamentals program teaches the basics of CrossFit in a fun, friendly, and safe environment. Absolutely no experience or baseline fitness required--our instruction is completely personalized to meet you where you are now. With (6) 1-on-1 individual training sessions we work at a pace that is comfortable for you while teaching you how to safely position, move, and lift to improve longevity and lower risk of injury while exercising. Sign up online here OR email us and we will contact you within a couple hours to start the process!

STEP 3: Choose your Options

After Fundamentals, you can choose between different continuing membership options or continue all the perks of 1-on-1 individual training that is tailored to you. Feeling comfortable and safe is our number one goal for you on your fitness journey!
