Yoga at a CrossFit gym? Are you serious? We totally are - but don't worry, we're not that crazy gym you've heard about. Our members are down to earth and some of the most welcoming folks you'll meet. We offer two different kinds of yoga:
Vinyasa - Power Yoga offers an invigorating full-body flow where you’ll explore the yoga postures and fundamental principles of Vinyasa yoga (set to inspiring tunes), and is a foundation-building yoga class that will work every muscle through movement and breath at a moderate, but intuitive pace. Tues & Thurs at 7:15pm.
Restorative Yoga is designed to alleviate soreness, work the connective tissues in your body and give your mind a well-deserved moment of reflection. Reboot and rebuild with a series of holding postures that focus on stretching and breathing. Sunday @ 11:15am.
