Fundamentals

Start here if you're new to CrossFit or looking for help with fitness basics. 

  • 5 discounted personal training sessions
  • 1-on-1 sessions with a coach to make sure you know the basics and how to apply them to your skill set and mobility.

Group Classes

For experienced CrossFitters, lifters or those who have graduated from Fundamentals and are ready to join the crowd. 

  • Unlimited group classes - attend as many classes per week as you like
  • Quarterly goal setting sessions and guidance
  • Discounts for additional family members, military, first responders.
  • (Pics w/ PVCs; preferably 2 people)
