When a lot of us run, our range of motion is restricted. We’ve become habituated to poor movement patterns. And all of that hurts our performance (and sometimes our knees!)
We’ll go over proper running form, beginning with your posture. We’ll cover common pitfalls, such as braking and heel striking. We’ll teach you how to get the most power out of every step, how to be light on your feet, and how best to avoid injury.
The clinic will involve instruction as well as running drills. You’ll leave with guidance on mobility exercises for runners and pointers on how to focus your efforts during regular WODs.
